1-tap protein logging
An egg, a yogurt, a shake, a steak. Four quick-add chips sized to the food you actually eat, so logging a meal costs one tap instead of a search, a scan and a serving-size argument.
Lose the fat. Keep the muscle.

Up to 39% of the weight lost on a GLP-1 is muscle.
You can lose weight and keep your muscle, and some people even build it. It takes lifting heavy and eating plenty of protein.
Getting ~150 g of protein while eating 1,800 calories is HARD.
Bild Health makes it EASY.
Easy enough to do it five times a day.
When you eat 5 times a day, you want your protein logging to be easy. Bild Health makes it simple, 1 tap for common foods from your phone or watch.
- Four quick-add chips: egg 5 g, yogurt 10 g, shake 20 g, steak 30 g
- The same four on the phone and on the watch, to the gram, so the muscle memory transfers
- Everything tracks against your daily protein goal.

Get protein from a photo
Photograph the meal and get the protein in grams, with a range and the items behind the number.

54 g
An estimate, not a measurement. Correct any item and the total follows.
Track protein from your wrist
Log protein, water, lifting and cardio from the watch, with today's floor on a complication.

Track fat and muscle
Fat mass and lean mass charted as two separate lines, from a body-composition scale through Apple Health and Health Connect and from imported DEXA scans.

Sources and methodology
On the evidence. No randomized trial has tested sleep, protein or training in people taking a GLP-1 specifically. The evidence comes from energy-deficit studies generally, which is exactly why measuring your own result matters. The protein figures come from controlled energy-restriction work in populations that were mostly younger, often trained and often male.
How body composition is measured. From a body-composition smart scale synced through Apple Health and Health Connect, with DEXA scans as checkpoints, imported from a connected BodySpec account or a report PDF from any provider. The scale supplies cadence and the scan supplies the anchor.

Know what you are losing.
Bild Health keeps fat mass, lean mass, protein, training and your dose history in one record. The lean number is measured from your scale, anchored by imported DEXA scans.
